Don't get the breed if you don't know how to raise it, don't judge the breed if you know nothing about the story behind the attacks.
If you know dogs, you learn to recognize the dogs that are raised properly from the ones who are spoiled or mistreated.
I think the solution would be to require dog breed lessons before buying any dog.
