P90X+ is mostly a supplemental workout rather than a full routine like P90X. It is also oriented more towards timed moves in which you do maximum reps mostly involving your body weight as opposed to 8-10 reps with heavy weights, more breaks, etc. Therefore, it leans you out similarly to insanity.
For a full workout regime, you need P90X. You will gain more mass than P90X+ and it's truly a full workout schedule. The + is just for people who want new CDs t o be honest since most just combine the two and do a hybrid 90 days.
If you need to look better for school in two weeks and don't plan to make this your lifestyle, start hitting the gym and taking HGH, learn how to cycle creatine, look into NOS-explode for those extra pumps, maybe L-Glutamine. If you can't find HGH, Deer Antler Spray has HGH and just put some under your tongue and allow it to be absorbed (this, however, is not recommended). With P90X, the most results come in the third month because of the "muscle confusion" that is used which makes the program so successful.
