What kind of work do you do? Medical research of some sort??? (you mentioned a trial....)
We did take a cruise from South America - started in Santiago, ended in Buenos Aires. Checked off my 6th and 7th continents in one trip! Goal accomplished. Now to continue on with the goal of seeing every country....
