Totally understood. What the kicker is, is that the complaints not only center around the shifting "problem"....but they actually were not aware that the skip shift was even in their car. Check out the TSB's they have out to "fix" it. All I know is I got a laugh out of it, thought I'd share......

I know what you mean about the 1-4 gig, I have the same deal with my 04 Z06 Vette and got used to over-riding it with RPM. Now, to me, it's natural, I only grabbed the 1-4 gig once since I got the new SS with the manual. Rather than throw in the skip shift modification I just adjust my RPM up a little in first and never get it. In the Vette, I'd get it a lot....but then again these are different animals. It is easier not to get the first to fourth forced shift in my CamSS for sure.
