So, let me tell you guys about my winning day!. Well, I go to school and everything is going great. I go to the book store to pick up my stuff, and I find out that they screwed my residency up. So, they charged me out of state fees! a 3,400 dollar class just turned it to 7,000. Pell grant only covers 5,200. the rest would be out of pocket. So, I try to get it fixed. Well, since I have been working off the books for the past year, and living with my parents, they are saying that they have no proof that I am a Florida resident. Also, they would not except my enrollment at Pasco Hernando Community College( PHCC) because it's outside their 12 month period. AND! to top it off, this school does NOT except student loans, only scholarships and grants or cash!. So, I had to withdraw. That is my luck!!! go figure!
