With about the same miles on my 2006 GTO and at stock power levels, that car had been in for warrany work about 4 times.
Secondly, having owned a number of different Ford, GM and Chrysler products in my time, I would say, in terms of quality and reliabilty for cars built since 2000, that they would rank 1)Ford, 2)GM and 3)Chrysler.
If you have owned and driven cars from each brand and use that experience as a guide (and not what you have read and/or heard from somewhere else) I am okay with whatever opinion you post of the matter.

We have always owned nothing but American except for one Hyundai and we currently have 6 cars (2 Chevys, 3 Fords, and one Dodge). Out of our current 6, we've never had a problem with either of the Chevys (knock on wood) but the Dodge has had the most problems (it's also the newest being a 2008) with the Fords inbetween the two but the Chevys have the most miles. In the past, it's always been the same way with all the cars we've owned, Chevy with the least problems followed by Fords, and Chryslers with the most.
I said "I hate to say it" because under normal circumstances, I would pick a GM car over any other even a Ford but Ford would be my second choice but they are asking for too much for that Corvette.
