i've tried...even on my 5-5, 10-10 warm-up i'm still at 18
my buddie is a bowling coach and has tried tons of stuff with me...if i get below 18 then my bowling goes to shit because of my revs..i slowed down to 18 for state...never again..lol..i'm trying to stay on 20 now..i was able to stay at 20 all night 2 weeks ago and shot a 256-248-268 for a 772
