Pay 455 a yr Full coverage,99 Harley Springer new in 99 was 650. M/C safety class will drop you 10% and a group rider will drop you another 10%. Highly recomend you get "Uninsured Motorist"..hate to loose a leg or something and not have recourse cause the POS that hit you and Ran was not insured,no license,and not a legal resident in the USA. Know a few Brother that are screwed in this boat. If this is your 1st street bike..You Will Crash it, been there done that and so has everyone else I rode/ride with...get you a used bike to learn on. We (Nevada) just lost a 27yr old lady on a Brand New Harley with a learners permit on a 4 lane highway,hit the center guard rail 2weeks ago.
