As mentioned, it's your age and experience.
I have a two year old Harley Electraglide Classic that I bought new.
Been riding for 44 years. My insurance is $650 a year for full coverage, with fire, theft, comprehensive and $500 ded. collision.
No advice other then get some experience and get older with no mishaps, probably the only way you'll get insurance cheaper.
