Not exactly a pick up line, but at a night out with some friends a couple months ago I went up to the bar and was trying to get a drink (I washed off the X's on my hands) and wound up next to a hot girl. While waiting for my drink I looked in her direction and tried to start up a conversation, and she immediately made a uh sound and rolled her eyes. I'm proud of how quick I reacted, and lucky because there was another hot girl right next to the one I was trying to talk to so I looked straight at the first one and said "Excuse me, what makes you think I'm talking to you?" and reached over and introduced myself to the other girl, who had heard the whole thing. Ended up getting her number too.
