Yeah....don't got anything quiet to that magnitude. Probably the worst thing that I ever did in that arena was get involved with one my female renters. I also rented to her older sister in addition to the one in question. One day the younger one asks me if I like to "drink," and one thing led to another. That doesn't sound so bad on the face of it, but there was an accidental walk-in.....if you catch my drift.
The great irony was that out of any of the two the older one seemed to show more interest than the younger one, up til that left field drinking game session. That was probably the best job ironing out a potential hostile situation I've ever done because I'm still friends with both of them to this day.
