You can say its her fault one way or another. I say it's her fault for starting, you say it's her fault for continuing. I just differ in that opinion because I have known people with chemical additions and I've seen many times that there is little hope for them to do it on their own without serious outside influences. People who are addicted tend to dig themselves further and further in a hole unless there is a support network around them of some sort.
Apparently her family tried and tried to stop her. Unfortunately people never learn that drugs lead to no good. The trick is to not start in the first place, because stopping does seem to be a problem.
Think about people like her the next time you hear people say that drugs are no big deal.
