I may go back to pulsing them for a week or so and see what's what. I've honestly pretty much met my goal and have just been maintaining.
I'd think if something were amiss diet wise though I wouldn't still be increasing strength wise at the gym. I had a fantastic workout today and added reps over last week's.
I do agree the alcohol isn't the best thing to do and I should eliminate that altogether. I probably would have leaned out a lot faster if I had.
