Honestly I have not heard of memory loss with low carbs but I do know for a fact that too low carbs especially for a lengthy period of time is detrimental to your health and DECREASES fat loss. On top of that generally speaking, although when building muscle high protein is of the utmost importance but is also unhealthy in some respects. High protein diets when eaten without proper carb intake, water consumption and alkaline foods can cause negative effects on the liver, add alcohol to this and there can be catastrophic results.

I know I always say this and you are as if not more stubborn than me, your carb intake is much to low,be it for fat loss or muscle growth. it has probaly slowed your metabolism and is taking it's toll on you. Eat your friggin' carbs.
