There wasn't a single car, I stopped and looked around to make sure, and turned into a parking lot. It was the right direction in the parking lot, just where I turned in from was a wrong way. I didn't think he would make a huge deal out of it on a Thursday night with hundreds of drunk people walking around us, jaywalking, puking, yelling and running into the street. With everything going on, I was the least of his worries but him asking me what year the car was, then from there proceeding to tell me he had a 98 Taurus and asking how could I even afford this car, or even in a snobby voice saying "or are mommy and daddy just rich" is what ticked me off. I've met plenty of nice officers, who once you apologize too and explain what you were trying to do will tell you "OK, just don't do it again" or that it's understandable. He was a douche from the beginning, and I've already talked to a couple of my buddys police friends who know him and say he's just a grouchy old fart who will give anyone a ticket for anything.
