no, he was very lucky.... he locked the brakes at the last second (he was doing 70 in a 45) and it cut off everything in front of the dash..... the steering column was torn out! It broke his leg in 3 places and when I got back to where he was, he had crawled out onto the ditch, shaking and was trying to light up a cigarette
. I guess if a crash like that won't kill you, the cigarettes are fine
. I asked him if he was alright and he goes "yeah"...... then I notice a bone sticking out of the side of his leg...... he couldn't even feel it from the shock.... sure wasn't a pretty scene, thats the main reason why I didn't take any pics of the truck.
