We also got sidetracked because now my wife found out she has a large kidney stone too big to pass. She found this out weeks ago and goes to the doctor today ,hopefully , to find out when they can operate. She was sick this past weekend with a fever and just starting eating today. She also is on blood pressure meds plus some others I don't know what they condition they treat. I am five years older than her and other than vitamins and over the counter stuff for my joints , I take no drugs yet. I don't weigh myself very often ., all I know is most of my 34 waist stuff still fits and 36 is too big. Our 10 and half year old daughter encourages us, but even she has been eating too many bad things lately. The good thing , she does gymnastics and rarely is ever sitting still. Okay I'm done I feel better now.
Falling off the wagon happens to the best of us. The best thing you can do is let bygones be bygones and re-focus! Biggest thing -- don't rely on your wife or your daughter when it comes to making the right food choices. You and you alone are responsible for what goes in your mouth! Perhaps it is you that needs to be the role model for them!!
