Anybody ever see the police dash cam of that state trooper that was doing a traffic stop and a retread blows? Trooper is walking up to the drivers side just as a semi is passing and the trailer blows a tire. Tire flys and hits the trooper breaking his collar bone and some other bones. What are the odds a tire would blow at that exact moment.
