watch the soy protein and milk based when you get close.... it can make your skin thick and make you hold water and look flat!
meal plan for the next 2 weeks:
6am meal 1 - 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup slow cook oats plain
9am meal 2 - 1/2 packet tuna plain
noon meal 3 - 1 packet of tuna and 1 cup brown rice
3pm meal 4 - 1/2 packet tuna plain
6pm meal 5 - 1 packet tuna 3 oz romaine lettuce 1 tbs flax oil 1 tbs vinegar
