I just had a scoop of ON Whey, now I'm having 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 cups of grapes, and 1oz of almonds.
For lunch I had a can of tuna and 2 cups of broccoli.
Breakfast was one of those Jimmy Dean Delights things turkey deals. They're pretty tasty. 30gr carbs, 18gr protein, 8gr fat, 260 cals.
Dinner will be grilled chicken and a spinach salad. I'm not eating any popcorn tonight hahaha. I'll go jogging if I get hungry I swear.
