Ha ha...watching our bodies transform is AMAZING isnt it?? I have developed muscles that I didnt really know existed!! Like the "fingers" on your shoulders...yea, I have em!!  LoL! Now I roll my sleeves up when I am at the gym instead of hiding my arms!!! I am PROUD of my accomplishments. Ya know they say "Success breeds success" ... I think they are right!!

Well being hungry is a part of it...I won't lie but its all worth it when you see great results, I've lost 2 lbs. since my 4th of July pics! that keeps me motivated...along with seeing my abs get dialed in!
I seriously can't wait to see you in November! I'm so excited!!!

I have been hungry a lot lately too for some reason. Normally I don't have issue with that but last night about 9pm I was HUNGRY. I wouldn't have been able to go to sleep I don't think. I ended up eating a scoop of ON Whey, 1 tbsp of natty peanut butter (MMMMMMM) and a bag of light popcorn (20 carbs).
I've increased cardio back up a bit the past couple weeks..I'm up to 40-45 mins 5 days a week where I was at 35 mins 5 days a week so maybe that has something to do with it?

Yeah its amazing what little food will take away the craving when your body fat gets really low, it seriously doesn't take much for me these days!
