I've been a loud snorer for years now, but in the last two weeks I finally went to a doctor because I've been super tired, even during the day.

Basically, I not only snore, but have Sleep Apnea...which means I stop breathing for 10 seconds or so at a time, then start breathing again after waking up. Essentially, whent his happens, your body gives a shot of adreniline. Because of that, I don't get deep or REM sleep. I did a sleep study a little over a week ago, and will be getting a CPAP machine to basically help prevent this. 17lbs pressure...

WIth the machine, I will get deep and REM sleep, something I've probably been not getting for the last 10 years.
