it is basic grade school subtraction Quick. What is 12-7? My father owned a restaurant, so I have worked on the cashier side of things, but I'm sorry. Not only is it simple subtraction, but the cash register does it for you. All you have to do is enter the amount you were given and the machine does the rest. Being a cashier is like being a middle man, you do the leg work for the cash register and give the customer their change.
