This thread shouldn't have been three pages. I hate to tell you OP but this is your fault for not knowing how a lease works and not reading your contract. I believe the chevy dealer also shares in the blame in the respect that they should of known better. I don't know how you or the chevy dealer could think you could trade a car that you don't own. I hope your lawyer can help you somehow ,but ultimately it looks like your fault the way I see it. What a mess.
I do however believe you should change the title of your thread though because it's misleading. I don't see how this is Ford's fault in any way.
