Rad! I use sms messaging in gmail to chat with my girlfriend throughout the day. I got your invite, but they're over capacity :-/
It's time for facebook to go away - they just got too big. They're too concerned about adding new features to make their existing system work properly. There is something glitchy EVERY DAY with one part of facebook or another. If it was any other website, it would've been gone a long time ago.
