Whoa! And how exactly do you know that that was the ONLY reason they determined it was a murder? You don't think that remains of a body in a bag, the discrepancies they found in Casey's testimony, the google searches on her computer for how to make chloroform, etc, lead the investigators to think there was foul play here? And why do people assume that because there was duct tape on the skull, that that is the only way she can die. Just think about it, you put duct tape on someones mouth to keep them quiet. You find a dead body with duct tape on the skull. Are people really suggesting that between the time duct tape was applied to the little girl and the time she died, that she accidently drowned?
BTW, the same laundry bag, plastic bag, and duct tape was found in Casey's home...
