Ok...so the jury found her not guilty..

I have been a police oficer for 23 years...I can weed out Nancy (Dis)Grace and everything else because I understand the laws of evidence...from experience and being in a courtroom every week since my career began.

The jury got this case dead nuts right. The prosecution did not prove their case. You have 3 standards of evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt is where this conviction needed to be. the prosecution did not meet that standard of evidence and proof.

I understand how your emotions play into this...she is a lying, partying whore who killed her kid. This may so very well be true...but you can't convict someone when the person bringing the charges can't prove their accusations with evidence and testimony.

Example...My dog goes missing. 1 week later, driving down the street a mile from my house, I see my dog in the front yard of a house a mile away, same collar, same tags, he is playing ball with the homeowner.

Can I accuse him of burglary to my home?
Theft?
Can I accuse him of trespass?

Absolutely not...No evidence, no witnesses, no proofs that that man had the intent, capability or opportunity to steal my dog and to permanently deprive.

Casey Anthony? No motive, no cause of death, no witness, no circumstantial DNA.

I completely agree 100% with the jury. My agreement is logical based on intrepertation of law.

By the way...Casey Anthony will have NO life for the rest of her natural life...Do you think she can go anywhere? She is the most hated woman in the United States and likely abroad.

She's living a free hell...and that is one hell of a punishment for those of you who think she got away with murder.
