Is it a tragedy that this little girl is dead? Yes. Is it a tragedy that Casey Anthony has a warped sense of reality? Yes.

You know what is a bigger tragedy? There are thousands of children dying every day from hunger and disease, because people don't care about helping them as much as they want to see Casey Anthony burn for something that she may or may not have done.

And to anyone who criticizes her behavior, we have as a society believed time and again that people should not be held responsible for their actions. Party, have sex, spend outside your capacity, live beyond your means, do anything you want because you can. If you are so revolted by her actions, perhaps it is time we took a look in the mirror at the values, or lack thereof, we hold dear and expect our children to espouse. Look at what people are willing to pay for as entertainment.

If you don't want stuff like this from happening again, you have to start by changing the culture that allowed it to happen in the first place. Until you've dealt with the cause, trying to punish people for acting out the symptoms isn't going to change anything.

And your point is? Love the way you use "you" as in you think your above it all... Guess what your even worse, you use this thread as a platform to preach... thats pretty selfish considering what this thread is about.... You are just as bad as the people you are putting down.
