Apples and Oranges ... You are so far out in left field it ain't funny. People only don't report the death if they have something to HIDE. And yes with most of the evidence destroyed by mother nature, there is nothing left but speculation and common sense ... Also it is unlawful to not report your kid missing and not know where they are for 31 days. It's called Child Neglect but the Stated didn't push for that charge, that's where they dropped the ball.
