That's a high wing spoiler, necessary for drifting!
This was my Savage that I painted over 2 years ago. I've since sold it but I really liked the F650 body. It was just a Savage X but the body I bought for it was actually for a Savage XL so it looked like a huge monster truck on the smaller frame.
