Nope, too far forward by around 3 inches.
What you circled was a mound of plasticized filler/sealer/pimer that still needed to be sanded down on either side, hence the dull sheen. But that's nothing to him actually hand forming the fin line dividing the marker light from the inlet on the front clip.
The one that was totally ground off.
This guy is no joke. And for Fen, he has multiple Buick GS and a GSX. The GSX is complete as is a stage I GS but he has 3 others (including the one his son got as a grad present but abandoned..). Cert. GM Nut.
