I love the show. It is GREAT!!! But I too thought Sean Bean was in for the long haul. I was totally caught off gaurd. Pissed me off to be honest. I wish his daughter had pushed off that little inbred "king" when she had the chance. I have never heard of or read the books. I wish I had the time, but not now. :( The books are always better.
HBO does some really good stuff: Sopranos, Deadwood, Band of Brothers, Big Love, etc.
