Ok, I'll get with it before I need to buy bigger clothes AGAIN. I've been on several successful diets through out my life and each time after a few months I gain back the weight and then some. In July 2009 I got up to 243 lbs and got down to 172lbs by May of 2010. I am now 205lbs. I did good with Adkins in the past. I can no longer jog because I messed up my knee last year so
