I have an odd question about theft, a friend of mine had her car broken into recently, and I found the items stolen to be... strange.. Maybe someone here can clarify as to why someone would want to steal these items..?

-Proof of insurance card
-The sheet of paper that the state registration sticker is attached to when you receive it (the sticker had already been removed and placed in the window)
-A few other misc. paperwork records regarding the cars maintenance

She had some cash missing as well (not surprising), but they left anything of real value.. Designer sunglasses, CDs, the radio. I really don't know what to make of this... does anyone here have any ideas...?
