philthy is the only one that got it right! (and his was just a guess!)
All the shapes in group 1 have different angles. Every angle in group 2's shapes are the same. Therefore, the only shape capable of having equivalent angles from the available options is C, the other rectangle.
I know its a bit anti-climactic, but hey, what can you do?
