I know a couple friends who moderate on their own boards and they say that it gets pretty nasty in their little sections. Not that they don't like eachother, but they like to b!tc about people in the background to relieve stress. Language is reallly bad. I mean beyond all repair. We actually don't member bash. And rarely is action taken against a member that we all aren't included in the decision. If we need to act quickly then we do what needs to be done but we always inform eachother of what happened. A lot of times we tell eachother to reverse what we've done if anyone thinks it's an over reaction to the problem.

But truthfully we don't post in the Mods only section very often. Just when we have to ask each other for some insight...

But DG is right we are having a "difficult discussion" on a Mod issue. It's not really a site issue but more of a "how should we handle this situation." Even though we are divided at the moment we still treat eachother with respect. Just like we expect members here to do.
