Do you have a college degree? If so you should have no problem. I went to a trade school many years ago that is no longer in business. Nobody recognizes their diplomas now. Without a college degree it is very hard to find anyone even willing to talk to you. At least it's like that around here. Monster jobs is a joke. 2 years and2 months jobless. Many applications and no face to face interviews. Seems like 32 years experience means nothing to anyone.
Just pissed at this economy and what I have experienced, I know others have found work and I am happy for them. Guess I am very discouraged. Good luck in your job search.
