I like the rich milk chocolate flavor, but get the one you think you'll like best. If you get it and hate it I'll buy it from you......as long as it's not strawberry flavor, I hate strawberries LOL.

Your sister and I would disagree. I've found most "dietitians" don't know anything about how to eat if you're weight lifting. Their methods are usually only effective for folks that are 300lbs over weight. I debate with the ones here at work all the time. They get the chemistry but not the implementation.

When you work out A LOT your dietary requirements are 100% different from somebody who half ass does a workout and wants to be thin. It takes work AND LOTS of discipline to be better than just average.

That's why I pushed to get to 6%...I don't do average period. That's for everybody else.

My sister is also a trainer. And she does mainly weight training. She's always been very muscular and fit.
