I am so truly sorry for your loss of a GREAT FRIEND & MAN.
My deepest heartfelt condolences go out to his entire immediate family, and extended family,
lead by YOU 
It was just days ago that you and I were talking about him, and wondering where he keeps getting his strength, to overcome one obstacle after another.
Like we said, he will continue to fight until he is ready to go or God calls his name; I truly thought he was going to be a miracle survivor on earth.
Donna, again, my deepest thought & prayers go out to his family, and to you, his best friend, and Keith as well. I know it hurts right now, but it's part of the mourning process, and it's okay to let you feelings show.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME, AND ALWAYS REMEMBER MIKE THE WAY HE WAS!
