Well, Joe-bob agreed and that Friday at the Armadillo lodge/town meeting (hard to know when one meeting ends and the next begins) Joe-Bob said the same to little Bobby-Joe Sr. No, not old Bobby-Joe Sr
… the other one! Bobby-Joe Jr’s dad (old Bobby-Joe Sr. ) had an untimely demise as a rodeo clown two years prior. Apparently old Joe (as some folks called him) was hard of hearing, and when told his job was to duck behind the barrel…. well, he thought they said something else. Annnnyway. The Grand PooBah, errr … I mean city official also thought the road was a good idea, and called his cousin the Engineer. Now, anyone that knows an Engineer knows they are a precise and exacting bunch. So, they got exactly what they asked for… a road
around there. Word has it that fortunately no Snipes were harmed during the making of the road.
