Oracle, sadly Toyota will probably force them out of court or use an army of lawyers to make them look like the criminals. You don't mess with big business. Ever.
This will just be a small drop in the bucket while they strong arm GM and Chrysler out of business. Then go Daimler on Ford's butt. Ugh. Makes me sick too.
