Well, that is illegal activity as well and should not be tolerated. It only creates more problems down the road. We have NO consistency in laws throughout our land. That is one of our biggest problems. We need clear, consise, immigration laws, plans, etc. so we can get a handle on this. It can be a win, win for everyone.
