How bout low fat cottage cheese?

1 cup has 28g of protein. It is somewhat high in sodium, but the dairy is said to give an extra boost for fat loss. It has 6g of carbs, but like the bananas in CFD's comment, the benefits outweigh the carbs. Best of all, it requires no preparation!
