well, to the passengers credit (what little there is), the driver knows when he's going to turn, brake, hit the gas, etc, so he's already subconsciously leaning against the forces. the passenger wasnt watching the road/preparing himself before each turn.
that and he needs to get rid of that asinine ponytail thingy...
