Is there such a thing of free xm radio my brother in law bought his 2009 Silverado and he keeps telling me it's free for him. He bought in 2010 and it's almost been a year and he say's he has not paid one penny on the xm radio. I keep telling him that the prevoius owner paid for a year of two of xm and for him to wait for a big bill.
