well its right above my elbow- i give my self rest but i jog everyday i still wanna look like 13 more pounds for the cruise

Anyway, to add to what Milk said about resting, a good way to do it is to rotate the things that you do. If you're only doing a bit each day thats fine, pushups one day, sit-ups the next and go for a jog the day after. Repeat the cycle then take a day off.

i am very our of shape-its not really my elbows but right above them they hurt buf if i massage it it feels ok
my chest e3verything else hurts ima have to wait like 2 days for this to heal! like i did a bunch of different ones last nite
