I am finally able to do the Crow Pose...even if only for a few seconds!!! One of my goals was to be able to do this yoga pose!!! Now I just gotta work on being able to hold it for a little longer!!!
Also have been working on being able to do this one...have almost gotten it a few times, but I always fall backwards...surprised my butt bones aren't bruised!! LoL!!   |
