Second, I didn't post this video to get in to some big debate about which car is faster, my pecker's bigger than yours blah blah blah. It was just a cool video. No more no less. I'm not brand loyal to any of them and appreciate all hot rods whether they be Mustang, Camaro, or Challenger.

This guy is a good friend of mine from work. YES it does run 23lbs of boost, I've been in and around the car, and you can see the needle on his gauge in the video. Seemed like a lot of boost to me as well, but it is what it is.

Truth be told, when I started to pull on him, he eased off at about the 1/8 mile mark. This was at ChallengerFest in front of about 100 Challenger owners, so while I wanted to win, I didn't wanna completely embarrass him. When I saw him falling back in my rear view I let off as well. He's quite proud of that car and there was no sense in me completely blowing him away in front of a crowd like that. I wanna race him a few more times to see what's what...his car should technically run in the low 11s or high 10s.

My car's a manual trans car which are harder to launch and drive, so I like racing other manuals so they're at the same disadvantage. A buddy with a similar setup to mine on his Auto Challenger runs very low 11s every time out. Gives me something to shoot for, but I mainly just like to go to cruise ins and what not to hang out and talk cars with like minded folks.

Because it's fun to steer with the rear wheels and light them up at will. What part of Texas are you in? When my car was built three of us got the same package and one of the guys is in Houston and hits the strip. I'll get you guys in touch and you can line up next to him to see how your Mustang can do against one of us.

You do realize I am poking the bear.... I have an affinity for nice cars as well and enjoy watching any brand run.

I believe I have seen the Challenger you speak of. Blue if not mistaken and from the Houston area. I own a Challenger as well and love it. Great car.

That all said, I extend the same invitation for you to come to Texas and line up. I have about 1/4th the money put into mods that you do and am positive I would come out ahead. Best time to date has been 11.63@118 with a DA of 2,500' above SL.

Just some friendly bantering.
