It is time the world STOPPED treating people differently because somebody holds "celebrity status" - as public figures, they should be held to a HIGHER standard than the normal Joe. There is NO REASON to be driving ANY CAR at 128 miles per hour on a U.S. PUBLIC ROAD THAT IS POSTED AT 45 MPH - EVER! That tells me that the road is through a populated/busy area and an unsuspecting person would have pulled in front of him and could have been killed. This is the same as street racing in my book. And celebrities, as they are famous, are seen as an EXAMPLE to their fans. What kind of example does Kyle set to his die hard fans when he pulls crap like this? When the diehard Kyle Bush fan kils somebody pulling a stunt like this, do they get to go home after the gentle pat on the butt by Officer Nascar Fan?
