Yep, water is a big one. Running you'll be sweating a lot of it out, then being thirsty you'll guzzle down quite a bit the next day. Keep in mind one gallon of water weighs 8lbs. Now granted you're obviously gonna be getting rid of some of that, but you can see where that would cause some fluctuation. Especially if you've eaten more sodium than normal and your body holds on to it.
I'm wrapping up my current workout routine this week. I've been on it since the first week of March and now at the first week of June it's time to change it up again.
I think I'm gonna go to some very heavy lifting with the Hammer Strength equipment where I can go to absolute failure without risk of smashing myself in the face.
I'll be upping my protein and possibly cutting the carbs even more than I am already in an attempt to force my body down to that 6% goal. I guess the BIG question is what I'll do once (if) I'm there? I gotta a feeling based on how hard it seems to get there it won't be easy to stay there. We'll see.
If I end up stabilizing at 8% I'll be OK with that. I think I look pretty good now, but for some reason that 6% number is just the holy grail for me.
I've been maxing out my workouts this week since this is the last week on it. Hit all 10 reps on just about every exercise and every set this morning. That's a feat on reduced carbs lemme tell ya.
